I have a degree?

Saturday Night (August 16, 2008)
Jonny: "Isa, come read this."

Isa: "Someone is trying to sell you a framed copy of your Bachelor's degree? So they gave you your degree?"

Jonny: "I guess."

Isa: "How does this company know before you do?"

Moments later Jonny, for the first time in many months, scans through his academic records online.

Jonny: "Bachelor of Arts, awarded May 17, 2008... Looks like they gave it to me after all."

!Felizitaciones to our recently Spanish bachelored Jonathan Wade Hatch! I never knew, but he had even made the Dean's List his first semester in 2005...maybe his future little Squeaker was motivation. Hooray!! We love our Jonny/Papi.

Counting one of our many blessings!

Mark gave little miss Camilla Anjanae Freeman a name and blessing at mom and dad's ward last sunday. It was a marvelous, beautiful, uplifting and spiritual experince. It was so nice to have so much family around. Afterwards we enjoyed sloppy joes, games and one anothers company on the farm. Cami slept through the party. She was very pretty in the dress and shoes inherited from me which I got from Nana. I also was able to stratch my creative itch and made her a cute bow.

cami

Cami is growing up so very fast. She already has her own blog! I kinda felt like not too many people look at this blog and so if you do rather than having me fill up the family blog and have other people comment there- - please go to http://www.canjanae.blogspot.com/ for updates. Thanks!
Elisabeth
